Nervous System Care

What this is

Stop Guessing With Your Health

Most healthcare focuses on how you feel — treating symptoms as they appear and hoping they go away. We focus on how you function. Your nervous system controls every single cell, tissue, and organ in your body, and if there is interference in that communication pathway, you cannot be truly healthy regardless of how 'fine' you feel. At Trinity Life Chiropractic, we use objective, NASA-certified technology to measure exactly what is happening inside your nervous system so we never have to guess about your health.

What we help with

The signals we hear most often.

These are the things that bring families to Nervous System Care. None of them are the actual problem — they're just the most visible symptoms of an underlying nervous-system pattern.

Unexplained Fatigue

When your body is stuck in survival mode, your nervous system burns through energy at an unsustainable rate, leaving you chronically drained no matter how much sleep you get. This pattern often shows up as needing caffeine to function, crashing in the afternoon, and feeling exhausted even after a 'good' night's rest.

Chronic Anxiety

A 'gas pedal' stuck on keeps your body in a constant state of fight or flight, interfering with your ability to relax, think clearly, and cope with everyday stress. Over time this chronic stress response affects your sleep, digestion, hormones, and overall quality of life.

Digestive Issues

The gut and brain are intimately connected through the vagus nerve, and when the nervous system is stuck in stress mode, it literally shuts down digestion. This leads to bloating, acid reflux, constipation, and IBS-like symptoms that no amount of dietary changes seem to fully resolve.

Brain Fog

Poor communication between the brain and body leads to a frustrating lack of clarity, focus, and mental sharpness. When your nervous system is spending all its resources managing stress and inflammation, there is not enough bandwidth left for higher-level thinking and concentration.

By the numbers

94%

of patients in our nervous system care program complete the corrective phase of their care plan — meaning the change shows up in the data, not just on the table.

How we approach it

The INSiGHT Scan Difference

We don't guess — we test. Dr. Colton O'Brien uses NASA-certified INSiGHT scanning technology to objectively measure stress patterns on your nervous system. This includes Thermal scans that assess organ function, surface EMG scans that measure how much energy your body is wasting on spinal tension, and Heart Rate Variability testing that shows how adaptable your nervous system is to stress. These scans give us a clear, color-coded picture of exactly where your body is struggling and how to help it.

“The body knows what to do. We just clear the way and trust the wisdom inside.”

— Dr. Colton O'Brien
The INSiGHT Scan Difference

What changes

The benefits people notice first.

Visual Proof

See exactly where stress is stored in your body with easy-to-read, color-coded scan results. For the first time, you get an objective picture of what is actually happening inside your nervous system — not just a list of symptoms to manage.

Customized Care Plans

Your frequency of care is based on your objective neurological data, not just pain levels or a one-size-fits-all protocol. This means your care plan is as unique as your nervous system and evolves as your body heals.

Track Your Progress

We re-scan regularly to objectively show you how your nervous system is healing over time. You can see the changes in your scans from visit to visit, giving you measurable proof that your investment in care is paying off.

Root Cause Resolution

We address the underlying neurological patterns driving your symptoms, not just the surface-level complaints. By correcting the interference at the source, we help your body resolve issues that have been lingering for months or even years.

Seeing my scans was a lightbulb moment. I finally understood why I felt so terrible despite my bloodwork coming back 'normal'.

Your path

Three steps to lasting wellness.

Every nervous system care care plan walks the same arc. The visit length, frequency, and specific protocols vary — the spine of the plan does not.

  1. 1

    Consult & scan

We start with a conversation and three INSiGHT scans to see exactly what's going on in your nervous system. No guessing, no gut-check — just data.

  2. 2

    Custom care plan

We build a plan tailored to your nervous system's specific needs, your goals, and your stage of life. You see the recommendation before you commit to anything.

  3. 3

    Gentle adjustments

Specific, gentle corrections to clear the interference and let your body do what it was designed to do — heal. Re-scanned at the end of each phase so you can see the change.

Before you book

Common questions about Nervous System Care.

Does the scan hurt?

Not at all. It is completely non-invasive, uses no radiation, and is safe for pregnant moms, infants, and everyone in between. You simply sit still while the sensors are gently moved along your spine.

How long does it take?

The entire scanning process takes about 10-15 minutes as part of your initial consultation. We then spend additional time reviewing your results and explaining exactly what they mean for your health.

What do the colors mean?

White is normal function. Green is mild stress. Blue is moderate stress. Red is severe stress. Black is the most severe chronic stress pattern. We'll explain your specific results in detail and show you exactly where your body needs the most support.

What if my bloodwork and MRI are normal but I still feel terrible?

This is exactly why INSiGHT scanning exists. Traditional tests measure anatomy and chemistry, but they don't measure function. You can have a 'normal' MRI and still have significant nervous system interference that is affecting your energy, mood, digestion, and sleep. Our scans pick up what other tests miss.

How often are re-scans done?

We typically re-scan every 12 visits or at key milestones in your care plan. This allows us to objectively track your nervous system's progress and adjust your care plan based on real data, not just how you feel on a given day.

Is this the same as a regular chiropractic office?

No. Most chiropractic offices focus on pain relief and use X-rays for structural assessment. Our neurologically focused approach uses INSiGHT technology to assess how your nervous system is functioning, which tells us far more about your overall health than a static image of your spine. We correct the neurology, not just the bones.
